Die cut using our in-house rotary die cutting equipment,
these dead soft foil disks utilize a thick calendared
rubber resin pressure sensitive adhesive that is effective
in tanks up to 180 ° F / 80 ° C. Viadon's lead
foil is also available in slit rolls.

Viadon's aluminum foil
disks and dots
are another great alternative for reducing time spent
masking for plating and anodizing parts. Aluminum dots
are also useful for shielding, cleaning, paint stripping
and etching applications. The dead soft foil conforms
well to irregular surfaces, and the pressure sensitive
adhesive bonds well to most surfaces that will not
be exceeding 180 ° F / 80 ° .
It is not designed for clean removal. Viadon's aluminum
foil is also available in lined or unlined slit
rolls.
