Viadon specializes in die-cut parts, utilizing the
right in-house die-cutting equipment for the job, taking
full advantage of our rotary and overhead machines.
Combined with our laminating and slitting equipment,
Viadon is able to convert an enormous array of materials.
We can die cut nearly anything flexible (as well as
some that are not-so-flexible) into just about any
shape! Our AutoCAD-trained and certified engineering
staff is ready, willing and able to assist in either
designing a part for you, adapting your company's own
CAD drawings or utilizing your hand-drawn sketch to
get the proper tool so your parts are made right.
Need die-cut samples? Our plotter-cutter can cut flexible
materials on liner up to 10-mils thick. This allows us
to provide sample die cut pieces so you can try them
out on your critical parts to see if any adjustments
may be necessary prior to investing in a high-quality,
competitively priced tool. Our current metal finishing
customers particularly appreciate the quick-turnaround
sample tape die cuts we produce, which even allows for
several types of material to be tried to determine the
