Viadon's silicone flangeless
plugs are especially well suited for threaded
holes. They are more effective than standard
tapered plugs , because they also mask the
top thread, without masking the surrounding
area. Flangeless plugs are perfect for masking
blind holes during powder coating, e-coating,
and anodizing and also work in certain plating
situations. Color coded with a convenient pull
handle, silicone flangeless plugs are easy
to insert and remove. These plugs are capable
of withstanding temperatures up to 600°F
/ 315°C.
