Viadon's aluminum
foil can be used to mask during plating, shielding,
cleaning, paint stripping and etching applications
up to 180 ° F . The dead soft foil will adhere
and conform to irregular surfaces. It is not designed
for clean removal. Can be slit to any size, and is
available lined or unlined. |

Tape PVC6 |
Viadon's adhesive vinyl
tape is great for any plating application. With it's
superb conformability it allows easy masking of irregular
shapes and sizes. Exhibits exceptional chemical and
abrasion resistance, and is a low cost high perfomance
tape. Vinyl tape can also be used as aisle marking
tape (diagonal striped colors are available, which
meet OSHA color coding requirements). Can
be slit to any width from 3/8" to 18". |

Up to 180 ° F. The thick calendered rubber adhesive
bonds well to most surfaces providing good stop-off.

on 550 ft. long rolls and is the plating industry's
best-kept masking secret. Non-Adhesive vinyl
tape is perfect for wrapping racks, rods, or other
long parts, because it is low cost and saves time when
unmasking parts. Available only in the following
widths: 0.5" , 0.75" , 1.0", 1.5" , 2.0" , and 3.0"
widths.
